SOCIAL ASSISTANCE
Meridiana Hub – La Meridiana - Monza (2026)

Meridiana Hub is a strategic investment in community welfare. It is promoted by La Meridiana Social Cooperative and aims to respond—in an innovative, integrated, and proactive manner—to the challenges posed by an aging population and the growing number of frail, vulnerable, or cognitively impaired individuals in the Monza and Brianza area. Meridiana Hub is designed as an infrastructural and organizational ecosystem capable of combining prevention, caregiver support, social interaction, targeted healthcare interventions, and applied research. It integrates three operational modules:
• Meridiana Club: non-medical, non-stigmatizing social and cultural spaces for prevention, protected social interaction, and caregiver support;
• Meridiana Salute: specialized healthcare activities focused on early diagnosis, timely and multidimensional care, and neurocognitive rehabilitation;
• Meridiana Ricerca: applied research and technological experimentation in real-world contexts (living labs) dedicated to longevity, operational models, and the most relevant needs of older adults.
Social Assistance
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a particular impact on younger generations, leading in many cases to increased social withdrawal among adolescents and young adults.
The Casa Aperta Casa Dho project. Life Paths to Open Up to the Future deploys the diverse range of interventions available to NATUR& to strengthen the life skills of the young people welcomed into the Casa Aperta Casa Dho educational community, while simultaneously testing an intervention model that can be replicated for young people from other social contexts. This support aims to provide the stability necessary to then face the world of work with its usual demands.
